You don’t need expensive camera gear to get professional-quality results.

We use our phones with the Snap Snap Snap app from BoxBrownie, which captures bracketed photos (multiple exposures for balanced lighting). A tripod keeps shots steady, and then we send images to BoxBrownie for light editing — simple adjustments like brightness correction, sky replacement on cloudy days, and minor cleanup.

For videos, we use a gimbal for smooth walkthrough footage and add voiceover afterward. This gives every property a full virtual tour that mirrors the in-person experience.
