Delana Roe
Delana Roe is the Chief Operating Officer of Right Space Commercial, bringing more than 18 years of experience spanning commercial real estate operations, asset management, and executive leadership. She is recognized for building scalable systems, optimizing profitability, and leading organizations through disciplined operations and strategic growth.
Prior to her tenure in brokerage leadership, Delana spent nearly a decade in commercial real estate with Bayer Properties and Cypress Equities, where she managed and operated large-scale mixed-use developments, regional power centers, and redevelopment projects exceeding $30 million. Her experience includes oversight of multimillion-dollar budgets, third-party contract negotiations, tenant relations, and detailed financial reporting across millions of square feet of commercial assets. This institutional-level foundation in commercial operations continues to shape her performance-driven, detail-oriented leadership style.
Delana later served in senior leadership roles at Keller Williams Realty Tuscaloosa, including Team Leader and CEO from 2022 to 2025. During that time, she led the market center to a 33% market share, more than $700 million in closed volume, and the #1 productivity ranking in the Southeast Region. She previously served as Director of Operations for The Gray Group, the #1 Keller Williams team in Alabama, where she scaled operations, expanded into new markets, and significantly increased net profitability.
As Chief Operating Officer of Right Space Commercial, Delana oversees operations, strategy, talent development, and systems implementation, ensuring alignment between vision and execution. She brings a rare combination of hands-on commercial real estate expertise and high-level organizational leadership, enabling her to effectively bridge asset performance with people, process, and profit.
Delana holds a Master of Arts in Communication from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Alabama. She is a licensed Associate Broker in Alabama, an AREC-approved CE Instructor, a John Maxwell Certified Team Member, and a DISC Behavioral Specialist.
Raised in an entrepreneurial family that owned and operated a family grocery store, Delana developed an early appreciation for business operations, customer service, and financial stewardship—principles that continue to guide her leadership today. She is married to Josh Roe, a Firefighter/Medic with the City of Tuscaloosa and an EMS Training Specialist with the Alabama Fire College. They are the proud parents of their daughter, Charlie, and two dachshunds, Max and Maverick.
