Right Space Team
Richard Henry
Richard is a native of Tuscaloosa. He obtained his degree in Building Science from Auburn University. He is also a graduate of the 2013 Leadership Tuscaloosa class. He entered the property management field in 2008 when he couldn’t find a management company that would manage his properties to his standards. Richard hopes to have the highest quality management company in Tuscaloosa for owners and tenants. In 2018, Richard was awarded a position in Tuscaloosa’s 40 under 40.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jana, daughter Sally, son Thomas, and friends on Lake Tuscaloosa.
Stacie Sherrow
Stacie has been in Property Management since 2014. She oversees company finances. Stacie has three children and one grandson. In her spare time, if she isn’t with her children or grandson, she enjoys reading and assisting her husband with his craft business.
Kelli Blair
Kelli came to us in 2022. She was an Elementary School Teacher in Arizona for 7 years before moving to Alabama. Since then, she’s worked in Property Management and Maintenance for 5+ years and has 20+ years in Office Administration. Kelli is highly dedicated to providing the highest quality service possible to all our owners and tenants. In her free time, she can be found at the barn with her horses and mule or hanging out with her pups.
J. Case McNeill
Case joined our team in 2023. He brings years of real estate experience to Right Space Commercial. Case focuses on the leasing and sales of our properties. He is a graduate of the 2018 class of Leadership Tuscaloosa. Among other civic activities, Case serves on the board of the Tuscaloosa Housing Authority Commission and the United Way Young Leaders Society.
He enjoys his time out of the office with his wife, Caroline, and their two children. Case is a member of First Presbyterian Church Tuscaloosa and has served as Deacon.
John Halcomb
John has worked with Richard Henry, and in Property Management since 2007. He is in charge of all of our maintenance staff, all property repairs, and remodeling. He has a deep understanding of all things construction and maintenance.
In his spare time, he enjoys building and riding custom motorcycles. John has won many awards including Baddest Bagger in Panama City Beach. This award led to a position in SEMA and his motorcycle being published in American Bagger Magazine. John is the father of three and is happily married to his wife, Jennie.
Amber McCool
Amber is a Tuscaloosa native with over 5 years of experience in Property Management, 8 years in Accounting, and more than a decade in Business Management. She joined us in May 2018 as part of the Leasing Team. Since then, Amber has been our Property Manager, Director of Owners, Accounts Payable, and even worked a little in Maintenance Coordination. In October 2022 she became the Director of Operations. In this role, Amber oversees the Property Management team and works alongside the Marketing, Finance, and Remodel/Construction teams. In 2013 she obtained a degree in Business Management while living in South Korea and Alaska. Amber spends her spare time with her husband, children, and dogs.
