Right Space Team
Richard Henry
Richard is a native of Tuscaloosa. He obtained his degree in Building Science from Auburn University. He is also a graduate of the 2013 Leadership Tuscaloosa class. He entered the property management field in 2008 when he couldn’t find a management company that would manage his properties to his standards. Richard hopes to have the highest quality management company in Tuscaloosa for owners and tenants. In 2018, Richard was awarded a position in Tuscaloosa’s 40 under 40.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jana, daughter Sally, son Thomas, and friends on Lake Tuscaloosa.
J. Case McNeill
Case joined our team in 2023. He brings years of real estate experience to Right Space Commercial. Case focuses on the leasing and sales of our properties.
He is a graduate of the 2018 class of Leadership Tuscaloosa. Among other civic activities, Case serves on the board of the Tuscaloosa Housing Authority Commission and the United Way Young Leaders Society.
Case is a member of First Presbyterian Church Tuscaloosa and has served as Deacon.
Outside of his professional life, Case is deeply involved in local events and charities, always seeking ways to enhance the quality of life in the area. Supporting local organizations, his goal is to create a lasting positive impact on the city he calls home.
When he’s not working or volunteering, Case enjoys exploring the outdoors, attending local events, and spending time with his family and friends.
