Jaylie Livingston
Brokerage Coordinator
Jaylie Livingston serves as Brokerage Coordinator at Right Space Commercial, where she helps connect prospective clients with the right commercial real estate opportunities. She communicates with potential clients to better understand their space requirements, budget, preferred location, and timeline before connecting them with a member of the brokerage team. She also coordinates calls and appointments, supports internal communication, and helps keep each opportunity organized as it moves through the leasing or sales process.
Jaylie originally joined Right Space Commercial as a Marketing Assistant in December 2025. As her role has grown, she has continued supporting the company’s marketing efforts by helping maintain property listings, updating internal spreadsheets, and contributing ideas for social media and other content.
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Jaylie moved to Tuscaloosa in August 2025 to complete her associate degree in marketing. Before joining Right Space Commercial, she held leadership positions that allowed her to develop strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while training employees and managing daily operations.
Her interest in real estate began at an early age through conversations with her father and shows such as Property Brothers and Fixer Upper. Since joining Right Space Commercial, she has gained experience with the commercial leasing process, property types, real estate terminology, marketing strategies, and property management. Jaylie plans to continue expanding her knowledge of commercial real estate, develop her property management skills, and earn her real estate license.
Outside of work, Jaylie enjoys trying local restaurants, attending community events in Tuscaloosa, and traveling with friends and family. She has also spent several years serving through church mission trips and children’s ministry. Jaylie recently adopted a cat named Stink from the Tuscaloosa Animal Shelter. Despite growing up around dogs, she has trained him to perform tricks and even walk on a leash.
