Meet Ty Johnson

Ty Johnson serves as Director of Marketing at Right Space Commercial, where he leads paid media, digital strategy, and brand growth for commercial real estate across Alabama.

A University of Alabama graduate with both a BS in Marketing and an MS in Marketing, Ty built his career at the intersection of strategy, technology, and performance. Before joining Right Space, he managed large-scale paid media campaigns across industries, overseeing $1M+ in ad spend and consistently delivering measurable ROI.

He also owns Sleek Digital, a performance-focused digital advertising company specializing in Google Ads and Meta Ads. Through his agency work, Ty has partnered with businesses ranging from local service providers to regional brands—helping them turn ad budgets into real revenue.

Since joining Right Space Commercial, Ty has helped strengthen the company’s marketing foundation through improved digital strategy, paid media campaigns, website content, search visibility, property promotion, and brand consistency. He has also helped position Right Space for the changing search landscape by improving how the company’s content is structured for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences. His work supports both sides of the business: helping tenants and buyers find commercial space while helping property owners gain more visibility for their listings.

Outside of work, Ty enjoys gaming, spending time with family and friends, and staying active at Northport Baptist Church.
